At the famed flagship store on Madison Avenue and 61st, in the #2 window at 5 p.m., the heiress, and fashion icon will be getting dressed to attend The Costume Institute Gala in a window display for all to see. The Barney’s, Guinness collaboration is part of a six-week “Fashion as Art” exhibition where Guinness will conduct several fashionable performances.
