Life is moving at such a pace, (we’re already in February!) but when you see Britney Spears little sister Jamie Lynn Spears celebrating her 21st birthday you can’t help but say to yourself “Wow, I’m getting old.” The ex-Nickelodeon actress talks to Glamour about her first love Casey Aldridge, why she got pregnant, and being a mom to Maddie.

“I believe in safety and birth control as prevention. But like many young girls…I was really scared to go to the doctor. And I was on a Nickelodeon show, and it [felt] especially embarrassing to ask someone to put me on birth control.”
